Appointment Policies

All though we love Children and Pets.

Children are only allowed if they can behave properly on their own.

Pets are not allowed unless they are service animals with paperwork provided.

DEPOSITS

  • If you have paid a deposit and 24-hour notice wasn’t given you will forfeit your deposit and a new one will be required for you to book a new appointment.

  • If you NO Show you will lose deposit.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULE or NO SHOW

  • Life happens and if you must cancel or reschedule do 24 hours in advance. If you do not reschedule 24 hours in advance you will forfeit any deposit taken or your CC or you will be charged half the price of the service. If using a voucher your voucher will be redeemed.

  • If you NO Show you will be charged the full amount of service.

SPECIAL PRICING/VOUCHERS

  • They are only good for first-time customers and are good for one-time use per customer. If you try to use it again you will be charged an extra fee. You are more than welcome to purchase a voucher as a gift but it must be in person name

  • 3rd party vouchers can not be used during prime holiday weeks

  • For example: the week of New years, easter week, labor/Memorial Day weekend/week, etc.

Prices are subject to change. No refunds or charge backs on services that have been provided
